Refund Policy

If  you receive a damaged or incorrect product, send us pictures of the product along with the bill and payment confirmation at customercare@saronggifts.com. We will revert to you within 3 business days. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refunded. 

Exchanges are not offered as of now
